MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RESPONSE TO COURTS ORDER FOR STATUS
Plaintiff Dais Analytic Corporation (“Dais”), through the undersigned counsel, pursuant the Court’s Docket Entry Order (D.E. 12) to advise the Court of the Status of the case, respectfully move this Court for entry of an Order extending the time for response to the Court for a period of three days, while the parties confer on a final disposition of the matter. Counsel for the parties will have to communicate with their respective clients to resolve this matter, which as to the Plaintiffs has been completed, however the Defendant’s counsel must be able to communicate with Plaintiff’s counsel, and Plaintiff’s counsel with their client before a final resolution is reached.
