When I first started talking to Ir ,he said that the selling was being done by contractors who were paid in shares but that the company had arranged financing which would be used to buy back shares but this has not been done.He later told someone that shorting was being done by VFIN out of Boca Raton. He later told that the increase in outstanding shares are due to a private placement to fund acquisitions. The have almost doubled theoutstanding shares in recentmonths and now stand at 980 million from about 580. He told me last week that we would get news on revenues this week.Unless thois happens on Friday,he has mislead me. I would like to hear from others what their experiences are with that person.
