If this is a scam then why are the financials being audited by well known auditors? Other than they could be saying this. And then why come out with all the detail on the unaudited financials. But what makes me concerned is they never did have a CIK key for Edgar. If they were going to post financials that would be obtained by any company preparing to post financials. What makes me concerned is the CEO of SLJB sound like they were shady people. I am even concerned that Steve Sulja will not be able to turn this around. I do believe lawsuits will now damage this company further. I don't know if the lawsuits will sue SLJB directly or the individual CEO's. I do believe that Steve's reputation is on the line if he does not turn this around. Even though I believe that the assets are still there I am having a very uncomfortable feeling with this stock. It was a bad choice of Steve to put Petar as CEO. I do believe there are other issues which we have not heard yet. Like Wessal does not exist or it is Petar's company. Why did the CEO Steve choice to leave? I plan on changing the direction of my investment. I am one of them also who believes that if everything is ok the audited financials would be out.
