This is not the case of a Quiet Period. That’s 40 days after a stock’s been trading. This has been trading for years. There’s only 3 explanations here:

1 - the company is going south and we’ll soon be at zero bid.
2 - the company is in discussions about being acquired by another more financially suitable company with the resources to leverage the brand name and scale the business from the operational weak points.
3 - the company is telling the truth, and everything in that latest update is exactly what is being pursued, and the lack of ground being gained towards any of those goals suggests that we don’t have the right management structure in place.

My three cents, which is how high the stock was about 18 months ago for those who’ve been here that long.
