Here are 80 Million reasons why this scam should be made an example of:

1. According to the comical 10Q, they had 168M shares outstanding as of Dec 31 2018.
2. Recent market data services peg the number of shares outstanding at 248,520,000 shares (and who know how many more have been issued in the last few weeks).
3. That is AN 80 MILLION SHARE DIFFERENCE!!!

What stock fraud were issues these shares? This may explain why this piece of junk is on a one way trip to $0.00001. Combine the weekly dilution with the constant mismanagement and criminal like financials and the stock is overvalued by a factor of 10 IMO.
