If not for tarrif war, I would agree with your numbers. But with trade war, we are in a bear, and the economy will roll over hard soon.

Half of American households $400 away from losing their house. Out of 12 friends of my wife, and we live in very affluent area, 10 are heavily in debt. Some of them make 6 figures, and they are still heavily in debt.
