I said he had one ticker that did get suspended on him...never said it was FHAI. I showed Lazar's timeline of events of FHAI, as an example, since it was severely delinquent like PFMS is, to show what he did and when he did it. Once he can get the Form 15, this will be safer from SEC Suspension.
