Dow -880. Did Scumbag Trump win the trade war???? LOL. China not only devalued their currency as to not take a hit on the tariffs but now they won't negotiate til after the 2020 election in hopes a Democrat gets in.

This is the kind of behavior that got this guy into bankruptcy 4 times with his own finances.
