Actually, PFMS timeline of events will most likely be similar to TRDX and Lazar’s other custodianship plays unless he runs into unforeseen problems, such as, court takes forever to publish the court order (Entry of Order), problems with filings that have to be corrected, etc. otherwise, most of his plays have been very predictable.

Below is the timeline of events for TRDX...PFMS’s should be similar:

Case number: A-19-787169-P
File date: 1/9/19
Hearing Date: 2/11/19
Entry of Order: 2/11/19
SoS Updated: 2/14/19
OTCMkts filings: 3/2/19
Attny Ltr: 3/13/19
OTCMkts current: 3/14/19
Custodian Termination: 5/13/19
Merger: Sale of shell pending

He likes a cleaned up shell to sell, you can’t skip steps and they aren’t all accomplished in one week. Patients pays on these plays. Also it is usually possible to play each event, in most cases. Of all of the most recent Lazar tickers pending court custodianship appointment, PFMS, is the most popular to traders/investors.
