[Patience to success]

The big problem on this case is " Judge", delayed at the beginning at Boston's court, then many times appeal, each time takes an average 18 months. Since last time WDDD appealed to CAFC, CAFC took 18 months, then vacate/Remand back to PTAB, since last Sep back to PTAB, until now almost a year, all party already responded long time ago. I really concern if PTAB not happy with their boss, dgag it longer and return to CAFC again... If happen like this, it will take at least one year to 18 months to wait. WDDD unable to sue other infringers. So frustrating the way judges doing!
