Natural Gas fields have a faster rate of depletion than oil fields. Unless you have a guaranteed supply or a hugh find it will never make economical sense. The rate of return at 200bbls per day does not make sense.

No way, no how FMNJ will be able to put this deal together. After having done their due diligence, no major integrated or investor will take a position and lay out that large a capital expense.
