GNCP...Update from Ron - Sat, Aug 3rd (generic reply to multiple shareholders)

I sincerely apologize for what is a “generic response”.
 
Yes, we will be updating shareholders in and during this coming week.
 
We are working on a very significant transaction which may well be communicated to the market this coming week.
 
The fact that we are aware that our current stock price is “a joke” is of zero interest to us. We do not live and die (nor will we), make ANY decisions based upon daily/weekly stock price movements. We are not going to issue any Press Releases unless we have very substantive information to communicate. Those that do not like our approach; are free to dispose of their shares of Common Stock in the market.
 
We are (in our opinion) working on a fair number of fronts in order to maximize shareholder returns. Unlike many other OTC Market Quoted Issuers; we choose to issue news when it is meaningful and material.
 
And no, we are not going to give individual shareholders any indication as to when we intend to issue publicly disseminated news.
