Can you or anyone post a link to the filing that indicates Zaring isn’t receiving a salary.
It doesn’t make sense. If a buyout is coming before commercialization then why does this employee get millions of dollars?
He didn’t/ doesn’t have anything to with the development SPORT. Won’t be working on FDA submission and if they sell at FDA approval then he didn’t even commercialize the platform...
