Your timing is quite interesting.

As it turns out, one of the reasons I got on the computer tonight was to check my emails and read a weekly email I get from a financial writer whom I used to pay close attention to every week for many years until a couple years ago when I made a 180 and now hardly ever read his analysis. He is warning that the market is likely to continue lower, maybe substantially lower.

Couple that with the fact that last Friday, when I was still 100% in the market and had CCs on AMD, I closed those with the idea of writing new CCs to increase my income going into this coming week. I didn't do that as the market seemed too unwilling to go higher. Then I unloaded all shares and went 100% cash even though the market had an hour or more to go.

All that said, my primary reason for getting on the computer tonight was to warn you to not sell any AMD Puts anytime soon because after three sequential days of the market going down, there is no indication of a bottom. It's one thing to get stung on one short-Put trade, but two in a row?

So ... not a good idea to be making bullish bets on a falling knife. That's just plain gambling.
