Every Node (cell phone) becomes a server. If you know anything about IT, as I'm an IT professional, this is a pretty big deal, technologically and financially. Servers are the bottle neck of all networks and freeing the central base (server) from users demands is warp drive in a sense.

I'm not sure why they say they are on the OTC at the top of their page (translation link below) unless "maybe" they actually "sealed the deal" with Lazar. Waiting to see.
