The difference here is the ridiculously low market cap. There's no way any warrant registrants would sell common shares. These are investors who would only buy shares. The key for these investors was to own MORE shares; not less. Especially at low prices. It would be different in a company that had a high valuation. This is a totally different scenario.

I think over time, it all comes together. This is short term noise; not a representation of the company's performance lately; not where it's headed.

Buying opportunity in my opinion.
