I must state, its seems clearly evident that you have spent at least 10 years, from what you say, trying to protect shareholders from the frauds. It appears that is the best way to approach this. Its respectable.
However, you show well intent to provide assistance by creating such a board. Maybe I am wrong, but I would assume that your motive is pure and the amount of time that you have put in is not in vane. If the motive is purely for the sake of shareholder information/education and interest, then help us. You dont need any money involved. Use your education to point us in the right direction and avenues to take this ONE down.

U say over 3000 of these scenarios and you have 10 years involved, but none taken down? Why? Be a part of it, help us make a difference. It's all about being a team.
What use is it if it continues perpetually? There has to be a way to unite all shareholders, gather info and make a team loud enough to make a case. U have to have info in your head to point us in the right direction to serve justice, and I dont mean info about how stupid we were to get scammed. I mean info about taking the scammer down, justice. What use is your board you moderate for 10 years if all it is, is to say, "I told you so."
