Great information. This has been discussed and the quick turnaround from the first appeal makes me think this will be decided long before the date on the docket. We shall see, but my guess is we will know this month. Omega responded after 12 days. Seems like it's very possible that we can expect an update about the same number of days from 7/22 which would be right about now. The Navy knows we need to get the planes here and are aware of the timelines to get them flight ready.
