Hi MannSinger - Not know where from You have the $ 120 Bn number. However, MC did talk about $ 100 Bn and Watt for good times as presently has $ 102 Bn, so please keep and fixing the Capital of $ 100 Bn as base for F+F ( by 60% for Fannie ) and from that whatever Reductions of Overpayments, Etc. !
( Watt for bad economic times has $ 139 Bn )
