Ahhh...yes...while I am not an attorney and cannot speak for the attorneys...I can say this.

When attempting to explore legal options, our attorney immediately connected us with Canadian counsel. FEC Resources is a Canadian company. From what I can gather, Canadian securities laws are strong and we are protected by those laws just like any other investor.

Think about it this way.

If foreign investors could not pursue claims in Canada against Canadian companies who violate Canadian securities laws, Canada would never receive foreign investment.

Seems to me we are good.
