$1500 minimum investment per investor.Simple as that.So they just have to buy 3mil shares at the .0005 price. If anyone really is touting this as a good deal, they are either in the red big time or trying to dump on you. No way will the SEC give much more than .0005 per share. There is no range once the SEC approves and qualifies. They will not approve anything more that .001. Mark this. They will absolutely RS within the Year.
