Money , How is Simlatus getting the money to pay down debt?

They didnt have any. The only 2 things I see 1. They are not paying down the debt or

2. They are diluting( as CEO stated in an 8k when Satel bought out Simlatus that they needed to dilute to raise funds)

If they are paying down debt maybe the funds to do this is coming from dilution.

Time will tell....
