smokey once claimed that if it stays 0/1 for too long, like a week or two, it hits the forbes no bid list.

sigh, I hate to say it, but on this earth, a lot of times, the wicked prosper and the innocent suffer. I hope ballas and his cohort spend even a few months in a tennis court prison. But as smokey has told me, many times these guys just slip the noose and start up a new company.

I'd feel even worse except for one thing, which you all too did participate: this company on the surface was a great one. typically these con artists have nothing, other than a post office box and a skill at writing press releases.

for example, I'll never go more than 0.01% of my total cash into XREG. sure I'll play it, but as far as I know its a big shell of nothing, hoping to pump up its cash enough to acquire UBQU and continue the shell game.

I'll do at least a thourough web board check before going hard on a penny again. I'll dollar cost average, but I'll wait for -40%, -80% drops before doubling down. and even then I'm not sure.

I can say compared to all the other penny pots, Ballas worked extra speshul hard to drive this one into no bid.

Don't attribute to malice what you can to pure stupidity. Ballas isn't really that evil. if he was, he woulda kept this thing teased in the .0080 range like all the others, siphoning cash hand over fist and hiding his luxury purchases better.
what he did by driving this thing from 80 to no bid in 4 months....well as I said, isn't malice.
