Volume is due to GSGM using their millions to buy out the float.
Think about it, they have millions in cash on hand, no form 4's needed to be filed, and no one to benefit more than them from this merger. Just a smart move on their part.
Entire Float has traded over on 4 separate occasions since initial 8k.
GSGM will merge, retire shares, NASDAQ
$2-$5 LT
