I think most learned long ago not to assume anything when it comes to the CEO of $CMGO.

I understand your reasoning, but most of it makes no sense (not your fault since the CEO isn't known for clarity in his writing). $CMGO is ready to post to OTC Markets, but they are not audited financials? Well, then how how could they be ready? The CEO should be going above and beyond, not the bare minimum.
