I'm not saying anything you have said is wrong - I just don't think the big institutional investor that could be jumping out is Garnock. There is no reason to hold 25% of the company to watch it ride to .04...then settle to .02 and sell.
No one knows why Garnock is here - and i'm not a genius trader and i'm fairly new to trading. But, a little logic dictates that if a person holds 25% of the company, bought at ground level, has been patient thus far, has increased his investment at different strategic intervals...then there is a much, much larger reason he is here.
I think they are trying to build some sort of international distribution conglomerate or something. No one knows if they will be successful (that's the risk part) but you don't execute seamlessly and/or retain an IR firm at the subpenny level if you don't have your eyes on a MUCH MUCH larger prize...and a plan to get there.
I'm just mad, i said yesterday i was waiting for .0185s again, but then it traded like it was going to go up for based on the financing news, so i went ahead and grabbed .024s.....at some point we are going to be locked out of the high .01s
I wish i had more capital to grab more here -- maybe on Monday.
