One thing I will disclose is that they are NOT looking for money right now and apparently have what they need. I asked if he thought they would need capital in the future or next year and he said they might depending on "operational growth". I specifically asked about Q1 2020 and he said he could not determine that their would be a need for additional capital at that time.

DS was saying Umbra specifically told him he was going to raise 10M+ in capital, and would start needing it in Q1 2020. I mean it seems like he said pretty different things to each of you guys?
