OK HH777, I'm going to help you out here BUT you have to follow along.

In April 2015, Titan signs the agreement with the WW Supplier to make robotic tools. We all agree on this.

I believe it is JnJ, you believe it is Microline (along with others). Both sides have their reasons.

So if this agreement with Microline is signed in APRIL 2015, then why does Titan start using Cadence to make their robotic tools in NOVEMBER 2015?

So couple of lines of reasoning:
1. They signed it with Microline in APRIL and then turned right around and fired them to sign on with Cadence in NOVEMBER
2. They WW supplier they signed on with in APRIL, wanted Titan to work with a CMO that they had worked with before for surgical instrumentation - which means that the supplier is not Microline b/c they wouldn't want Titan to work with a competitor of theirs.
3. Whoever the WW supplier is wanted Titan to work with Cadence
