You're not looking at the picture, #GSCG wants access to the public market = there is only *1 single reason to go public. That is to raise capital. The O/S is almost maxed, there are only *2 options. (1) an A/S increase & dilute it more - or - (2) a huge R/S to clean up the SS. Those are the only two options available. So...... The writing is on the wall.
