I understand what you are saying and yes, I see that frequently here, so, I think your questions are valid. We can always ask. Or at least we should be able to. There appear to be some very experienced money people on the board. The questions are not combative. Put it in a letter and drop it in an email to IR. I would bcc to the members on the board.
