Watching paint dry assumes: a) you have funds to bu the paint; b) you have the ability to paint; and c) someone is foolish enough to hire you for the project

What nearly everyone seems to fail to recognize is how incredibly fast technology changes and develops. How many people on this site have the same phone, computer or camera that was built ten years ago? Does a 2005 car, television, or other electronic device have the same tech as one built in 2019 or 2020? How many of the X-ray, CTScan, or MRI machines are you now see at your hospital are more than ten to fifteen years ago? What about other medical equipment and treatment methods, let alone many of the drugs?

Why should or would anyone feel that the Calmare machine designed and built more than a decade ago represents the state-of-the-art or the cutting edge of treatment?

The pile of Calmare machines, even if shrink-wrapped, has, undoubtedly reached its half-life if not passed the expiration date. That may well be why the share price and the value of the machine cannot go up anymore. Diligent buyers recognize the lack of any development, lack of updated products, and the potential of no means of upgrading or incorporating new developments and technologies.
