the certs for E.Coli and Salmonella.
so all of that had to be worked on in conjunction and after the work with NMU was finished, including Hollen Working at MMTC, she stated one of things she was doing there was creating BAM protocols.
im just saying there was a lot of work going on there.
then they had the statistics from AOAC, for the certs you have to deliver
with the science and both E.Coli and Salmonella are very complicated strains with many similar types.
even if MMTC only wants to list six germs, AOAC may say they need to prove 12 just because the similarities are so great.
if you want aoac thats what you gotta do
and you never get a cert without THE HIGHEST GRADE to pass the tests.
and once you get a cert it proves FOREVER your product EARNED THE HIGHEST GRADE.
thats the reason MMTC will always display the certification they earned!
