That deal made no sense to me. Could have RS'd 10-1

at .50 sold a few million to investors and carried on to NASDAQ

Instead 15 million common with 15 million warrants at .328 and we see what we got.

Management needs to get off it's ass and get this done.
15-1 RS at what .15 cents? Wow 2.25 Hello NASADAQ
Who here will buy this stock at 2.25 after this screw over

15 million market cap for this company is Absurd!

These "investors" can do what ever they want they are in control
and they don't give 2 shits about commons.
