So we are to believe that both a Canadian and US Judge, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and a number of large secured creditors have screwed this all up and have denied the common equity holders their due?...and in the process the secured creditors have screwed themselves out of tens of millions of dollars and the unsecured creditors have stood idly by as well?

I don’t think so.

PWC even made a settlement with an unsecured Creditor of Bioamber INC!!!! How is that possible with secured creditors first in line...
I'm tired of the BS story that they had assets of value at that Wayzata storage location and so the assets would be seized if that unsecured Creditor wasn't settled... NO THEY DIDN'T, THAT'S MADE UP FANTASY...

BIOAMBER SARNIA LAND HAS LIENS FROM UNSECURED CREDITORS.... HOW COULD THEY SELL THE PLANT WITHOUT SETTLING THOSE LIENS WITH THE UNSECURED CREDITORS.... LOL

Canadian assets can sell no problem without settling the liens on the land BUT as soon as it comes to settling with an unsecured Creditor of Bioamber Inc, that is MANDATORY otherwise THE US assets can't be sold Hahahah even though secured creditors and priority unsecured creditors are ahead of Wayzata for a settlement... LoL

***CCAA WAS A CONSOLIDATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PURPORSES AND NOT A CONSOLIDATION OF ASSETS***

But what we do know is that Secured creditors, PWC, Bioambers legal counsel, Bioamber management and Bioamber directors have all stated this is either a sale of the company/debt restructuring through the courts/ or a complex restructuring.....

None have mentioned this is a wind up of all the corporations and debt/equity will be dissolved magically because of the LAW
