the delays were also caused by manufacturing issues,not on UATG's end but the manufacturer.He also is looking at other places to manufacture (risk management to anyone who runs a company) not putting all your eggs in one basket, or manufacturer so to speak.
Some companies will give you a great first product then try to skimp on things on their side to make a better profit and only hurt UATG product. So Alex has also been busy finding companies that will make and produce to his HIGH STANDARDS AND MAINTAIN HIS HIGH STANDARDS.
Plus keep in mind the initial lead time on R and D products always gets stretched out longer and longer due to UATG not liking this or that, or change this or that. SO keep in mind as you all bash Alex, he is working his tail off to have a very very high quality product. If he doesn't like what he gets, he will taking his tooling and business elsewheres till he achieves exactly what he wants in and from his product.
