so ballas doesn't care that the SEC OTC is eyeing him. he gets more nervous as the bid doesn't go up, as other sellers dump (me) he needs to catch up. bid now under 80M and not much sign of growing. Ballas easily has 9.5 BILLION shares without a buyer.
