I'm with you, TRANS, there is NEVER any good news with this "company."

From adding "mystery" employees when company trades at $00.00000027 a share, to dishonest Reverse Stock split, and now another poster says they are diluting shares AGAIN (No problem- just do another 100 to one reverse split this fall) there is NO sign that this is a viable company.

Share price actually $00.0019, perhaps the lowest share price in NASDAQ history, and I don't wonder why.

I can't see this NOT being a crooked outfit; otherwise, they would have dropped a few clues to the contrary, wouldn't they?
