Alfasigma has full staffing along with the funds to move forward quickly. They will move things along much faster than IPIX was able to. I wouldn't be surprised to see a trial dosing the first patients by end of year for Brilacidin UP. My only questions are where? US or in EU or both? Phase? IIb, II/III?

Which isn't much of a concern since they will likely move things along relatively fast. It's good that they are responsible for all trial costs even if it means lower royalties in the end.

They have validated the company and I'd expect the next deal to be far superiour to this one. Let's just hope one is closed soon. ;)
