1 share from 2011 should be worth $150,000, NYSE Listed here not OTC Pink, July 9th $9.47 high to today $0.50 and CEI Mgmt is going to short and than dilute to protect there short position to $0 yet again!!!!!!!! All the older traders knew this history for major short position $$$$$$, "I" just learned the SCAMMY history and cannot understand......

Where is the SEC???...why has this SCAM from 2011 not been shut down? WTF is going on?

I would love to read comments on how they have gotten away with this.
