It is definitely not shorting as there is none in penny stocks. That myth is old. When there is a lot of selling in stocks or dilution many scream shorts! It is a complete myth! I have only seen retail MM's for days but it has been weird when they do their 500K sells and ask stacks. Not sure who the seller has been but even if they do not have many shares they created insane panic selling yesterday and today so far. It could be old retail. We will see more on the SS when the filings hit soon. Just a week or so back the OS was perfect at about 370 million shares.
