Well, there the problem...ideology doesn't move crude anymore efficiently than current methods. It is quite good at selling paper and elevating company optics. However, Aot is not a solution nor does it provide a commercial benefit that is clear and obvious to any of the operators that tested it. Any industry would not rely on the claims of a college professor or some obscure third-world pier review to launch products or incorporate techology.

Did anyone honestly expect things would go perfect on the first go?

Qsep has had multiple opportunities to refine it's so-called tech but ended up botching every pilot it banked on! TCPL was the best opportunity to date and it was blown right out of the gate! That debacle was never honestly explained to shareholders and ran for only a matter hours. KMCC was another lessor opportunity moving condensate, a baffling test to begin, has now died a hundred deaths. Again not reasonably explained or disclosed as of this date. RMOTC, CHINA, the list goes on.
Now the same sort of hand is being played.

The SEC weighed in on the whole "proven" debate and they forced QSEP to remove "proven" from it disclosures. Any suggestion that this technology has been proven by any paper or third world experiment would be a misrepresentation of fact. For industry, the inventor claims of high double-digit energy reductions whilst simultaneously suppressing drag and turbulence would make this a very easy call for transport companies. The Pipeline operators have seen it and have all passed.
