That's the Problem...he and Proscere didnt have the money for a manufacturing facility. Nor was any facility complex listed in any SEC filing or company assets.

Please remember in a SEC filing when Satel bought Simlatus with our new CEO. Our new CEO stated that they would need to sell shares (dilute) in order to raise money to upgrade his existing Satellite service business.

I am just looking for info that makes what is going on with Simlatus
pass the "smell test"

If anyone knows or finds answers please post.
