QUESTION ???
Why did Proscere (who supposedly has this proprietary cutting edge
CBD extraction process) sell their business to Simlatus ( a company
$1 Million plus in debt and zero experience in the hemp business) ??

This CBD extraction system would be worth a $ Hundreds of Million DOLLARS plus in contracts to existing Hemp companies.

Why would any SANE person sell their business to Simlatus for practically nothing when it would be worth hundreds of million of dollars???
