I just received another marketing email from USSC. This one is offering stem cell treatments to improve 'sexual vitality'.

"Using drugs to get an erection? Stimulate your natural healing response for better and longer lasting erections. Non-surgical regenerative cell therapies."

They include a "call-now" number and a link to an email address, along with their physical address all at the bottom of the message.

US Stem Cell must have some means of delivering this therapy that doesn't infringe on the recent ruling on the FDA lawsuit.
