I comb the legal website almost daily for updates. Last update remains 6/21. As you know, company is tweeting they've been communicating and negotiating directly with TCA working toward a settlement. I've had plenty of time to review legal cases over the past 18 months, most if not all, have ruled in TCA's favor. It remains in both parties best interest to settle this, as TCA no more wants to run / own a construction company as IHSI desires to manage short-term financial instruments. Eliminating IHSI's legal team indicates (to me) both parties may be close to a settlement.
Meanwhile, for those of us that have been in this stock for 4 years, knowing Devon moves "at his own pace," I do tread lightly with the BS conversation...think, it's popcorn and passing the time, with television.
