Well some "Biggun" has agreed that they will provide up to $125M if needed, can't get the shelf offering without having that lined up, per regulations.

HC777 can run the numbers for the village idiot Sprt19 but when the $125M has been allocated thru private offerings, some "Biggun" will be close to 50% ownership.
