Why do you equate delay with scam?

Scam are usually associated with increasing number of shares.

----Is UATG issuing more shares? No outstanding shares are decreasing

----Scams for penny stock are usually associated with hot industries, cyrpto currency and pot stocks come to mind

UATG is not involved in any of those types of activities

--Scams- are usually associated with a large number of news releases

not happening with UATG

--Scams are usually of short or mid term duration

Umbra has been at this for years and years. Yes it is valid to question UATG accomplishments, Yes it is valid to question the length of time to do something basically on your own with virtually no money.
