Thanks for the reply. It would be awesome if they would announce what they are doing. But that has been my issue from the beginning. A company who plans to "expand" their business to multiple fulfillment centers does not make this decision overnight. It is planned out and part of that planning is where they expect to get the funding. A PR back in May stating these sort of things, or lets be real, if this were case, expansion, they would have said this back in Jan / Feb / Mar etc. NONE of this talk of expansion was mentioned, and yet here they are expanding? Seems a little questionable to me.
I don't want to doubt what you are saying, but I have seen many people stand up for FLES and give them the benefit of the doubt, only to have FLES kick them in the ass. I truly believe this was a scam, I believe there are people, aliases, users on this board who helped promote the stock and were part of the scam.
I have two contacts that I have been giving information to from the SEC. I am hoping the information I have provided to them from the MULTIPLE complaints I filed will bring some attention to this... If this is a legit business and they are all on the up/up, then the SEC will see that and walk away. If not, then there is something that may help some people recoup their investment. I dropped over $30K into this and I pulled out early enough to only be down ~$18K. My portfolio was hit, but I have recovered that much in other stocks already. Others have been screwed to the tune of $70K. I only stick around on this to get more information (like a bunch of today's postings) and send them along to the SEC.
The same goes back for you - I have no proof this was a scam yet, but I have contacts who have raised their eyebrows in this direction. This may be a growing business doing the best that they can.... So until we determine one way or the other -- we just sit and wait and possibly keep losing money.
