Institutions are dumping FNMA in big volumes to buy FMCC. The dumping of FNMA in big volumes caused big dip in PPS for both FNMA and FMCC. Weak hearted investors are selling. Institutions are in the know.

I suspect Mark Calabria and Munchin's PLAN is being executed - steps toward releasing FMCC from consevatorship first before FNMA. Sell FNMA to buy FMCC.
