JG also gave a detailed description on the rules and restrictions of PP shareholders. One of those rules being you have to hold PP shares for a year. Which brings up another question!

I know, this is old stuff but I have never gotten a straight answer. So I'll ask again.

How did Mari sell her PP shares right after she bought them? Less than 60 days later if my memory is correct. May have been less than 30 days? Of course we can't fault JG for that. The great Malcom Philips was at the helm then.
